About Wuhan

Wuhan is the capital of the Hubei province in the People’s Republic of China. It is the largest and most populous city in Central China, where the rivers Yangtze and Han intersect. Wuhan is the union of three cities (Hankou, Wuchang and Hanyang) – That fact also lead that the city is an important transportation hub in China’s central region. Regarding its sights, Wuchan counts with the largest natural lake close to a city, the East Lake. Around the lake there are beautiful flower gardens such as the Mei Blossom Garden, and also pagodas like the Moshan Hill Pagoda. Other interesting sights are the Yellow Crane Tower and the Wuying Pagoda, belonging to the Southern Song Dynasty.
